In Our Prayers:
We would also like to take time to offer out condolences to the workers, families, and citizens of Joplin, MO who are overcoming a horrific tragedy that occurred to their friendly town. On May 22, 2011 a tornado ravaged the city destroying half the town to include our long-term client St. John' Regional Medical Center (Joplin).
"The CALM Program emphasizes not only the verbal de-escalation stages of a crisis situation, but also that not every event can be verbally handled."
