For over Twenty years this certified psychiatric nurse worked at all levels of psychiatric nursing.  Mr. Overton had a great understanding of the difficulties of front line staff because he was quite frankly, still there.  With numerous examples he helped students to see de-escalation as an attainable goal in most situations. Unfortunately, in October 2009, Mr. Overton passed away, however his contributions and knowledge still remains with our Programs today.

With over Twenty-five years of experience in behavioral healthcare, Mr. Bair has worked in expressive therapy, education and administration. He has a humorous and interactive lecture style and a passion for insuring the highest quality of care for clients who suffer from mental illness.

Rose Procter, BS

Public Relations Director/Training Coordinator

As an Instructor since 2002, she has training experience and great presentation skills. Like Mr. Bair, she has a humorous and interactive lecture style. She has worked in crisis management since 2001 and traveled Internationally with a Trauma Team for Mental Health and Crisis Management for over five years. Since 2007, she now works in higher education at the University level, and is on the Crisis Coordinators Team.
