Jon Bair

(President & Co-Founder) Vice-President of Inpatient/Administrator, Royal Oaks Hospital. In 1999 Mr. Bair founded Crisis Management Solutions, Inc. and the C.A.L.M. Program with long-time friend and colleague Mr. Fred Overton. Mr. Bair received his Bachelors degree in education, from University of Kansas, Master's of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Indiana University and Masters of Arts in Health Administration from Webster University. Jon has been in the mental health field for 25 years, as a Coordinator of Expressive Therapies, Director of Rehabilitation Services, and Administrator/CEO.

Saundra Overton

(SAUNDRA OVERTON, BSN)

(VP of Development) Ms. Overton started her mental health career in 1988. Upon graduation from nursing school she worked as a staff nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Cardiology Unit at the University of Missouri Hospitals & Clinics. In 1992, she started her career as a staff nurse at Royal Oaks Hospital. She subsequently served in the role of charge nurse, Adult Nurse Manager, Day Shift Nursing Supervisor, Infection Control Coordinator, and Nursing Staff Development Coordinator. Ms. Overton is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) and Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders where she was a co-speaker at the 2009 and 2010 APNA conference presenting on student recruitment and the CALM Program.

Rose Procter

(ROSE PROCTER, BS)

(VP of Operations) Mrs. Rose Procter joined CMS in 2001 and served initially as an Instructor for CMS’s Crisis Alleviations Lessons and Methods (CALM) Program. In 2005, Mrs. Procter was promoted within CMS as Director of Public Relations and Training. She has served as Vice President of Operations since 2009. Mrs. Procter graduated from Park University of Kansas City, Missouri in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational Social Psychology. While working with CMS, she worked with the University of Missouri-Columbia International Center for Psychosocial Trauma for over 5 years serving as their Executive Director. Her International work allowed her to travel to many countries, including Pakistan, Chechnya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, and England. In 2007, Mrs. Procter, while still working with CMS, had the opportunity to work with Kennesaw State University (KSU) in Atlanta, Georgia as the Administrative Manager for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and served as  a Crisis Coordinator for the KSU campus. In July 2010, Mrs. Procter was promoted at KSU as Program Administrator for the PhD in International Conflict Management Program. She currently is completing her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and continues to serve as Vice President of Operations for CMS and in her capacities at KSU, both as Program Administrator of the Doctorate in International Conflict Management and as a LEAD campus Crisis Coordinator.

Dustin Procter

(DUSTIN PROCTER, M.P.A.)

(Director, Human Resources & Client Services) After serving his enlistment in the United States Air Force, in 2004 Mr. Procter began working as an associate for CMS and also as a behavioral health technician for WellStar hospital of Austel, GA. In 2007 he was promoted to Manager of HR. Mr. Procter graduated from Park University with a BS in Organizational Psychology. He later moved to CMS's head office in Atlanta and finished a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Kennesaw State University (KSU), GA. Since that time, Mr. Procter has been serving as Director of HR and Client Services and simultaneously assisting KSU's Director of Online Programs and Development in order to bring the latest technological advances in online learning and staff development to CMS's employees and customers. He is also currently studying for his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Fred Overton

(FRED OVERTON, 1966-2009)

In loving memory of our former President & Co-founder of Crisis Management Solutions, Inc., The C.A.L.M. Program. He will always be missed and loved.
